Whether you plan to quit smoking all of a sudden or gradually, setting a date to get started on will help you get ready mentally for the challenge ahead. its been two times since my previous smoke and i started to feel the medial side effects on the second day im having a hard time to breath properly and i feel really dizzy but a very important thing i needed a headache witch i haven't got in a loooong time ( odd to be happy for a headache lol ) however the most troublesome thing is the fact that i feel my ear canal has been eaten from the inside i asked a health care provider about any of it and apperantly it appears because of stopping smoking.
